Engines that read your own restaurant's data

The AI in OotaOS reads your own orders, recipes and stock rather than an industry average, and it only ever suggests. Every suggestion shows the reason behind it and the data it looked at, and nothing changes in the restaurant until someone accepts it.

The engines cover different parts of a service: what to prepare before a rush, which items to promote, where a recipe's cost has drifted, what a competitor's menu is doing, and how to word a dish description or translate a menu into another language. AI support is separate again — it investigates a problem against the restaurant's own data before it answers, instead of replying from a script. The AI page lists each engine, what it watches and which plan includes it.

Two things the AI never does: act on its own, and speak for numbers it cannot show. A suggestion sits in the admin until a human accepts it, and the page it appears on names the orders, items or costs it was drawn from. Menu scanning works the same way — a photographed menu card comes back as structured items with prices, and none of them reach the live menu until the owner has read the list and approved it.
