The agreement behind an OotaOS subscription

The terms of service set out the agreement between a restaurant and OOTAOS PLATFORM SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED: what a subscription to the platform includes, how billing and trials work, what each side is responsible for, and how the agreement ends.

They cover the plan and billing cycle you chose, the trial period and what happens when it ends, acceptable use of the platform, ownership of the data a restaurant puts into it, service availability, and the law the agreement is governed by. The current version is published in full on this page with the date it took effect, and questions about any clause can go to info@ootaos.com.

The terms are published here rather than sent as an attachment after signature, so a restaurant can read them before it creates an account and can come back to the same URL to check what it agreed to. The privacy policy is a separate document covering personal data, including the data of diners who order through a restaurant on the platform, and the two are meant to be read together.
