Everything your restaurant can connect to.
Razorpay and Stripe Connect payments, delivery via UrbanPiper and Deliverect, card terminals, SMS, email and media — with the markets each reaches.
Payments, delivery, terminals and messaging
A logo on a wall tells you a name and nothing about whether it reaches your market. The integrations page names each connection the restaurant platform supports together with the countries it actually works in, so a procurement review can check the list against where the restaurant trades.
Diner payments run through Razorpay in India and Stripe Connect internationally, with in-person card terminals from Stripe Terminal and Square. Delivery orders arrive through aggregator connections: Zomato and Swiggy via UrbanPiper in India, UberEats, DoorDash and Menulog elsewhere, and Deliverect as a sixth path. Transactional SMS and email carry order and reservation messages to diners, and menu photographs and video are hosted on a media CDN rather than the restaurant's own server.
Each entry on the page carries the markets it reaches, because an integration that exists is not the same as an integration a particular restaurant can use. A payment gateway is only useful where it is licensed; a delivery aggregator is only useful where it operates. The list is the one a restaurant can check against its own country before signing anything, and it is kept to connections that are live in the product rather than ones on a roadmap.
